Lead Wedding Planner

This Lead Wedding Planner position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about creating unforgettable weddings. This role is a contract position with flexible scheduling! Comprehensive training is provided. We are looking for planners to join us for the 2026 season and beyond. Conduct a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timelines, and expectations.Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timing and key cues.Act as the primary advocate for the couple on the wedding day, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused presence while supporting them through any challenges.Oversee ceremony and reception setups, ensuring alignment with the event design and adherence to our execution playbook.Manage the execution of the entire wedding day, from initial vendor arrivals to the final breakdown at the end of the evening.Greet and direct all vendors, serving as the main point of contact throughout the event.Clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors to ensure compliance with the event plan.Coordinate and assist with the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor elements.Support the wedding party and family members by offering guidance, timing cues, and assistance with any day-of needs.Ensure that all items at the end of the event (gifts, guest book, personal décor, etc.)
