Lead Wedding Planner

Join the dynamic team at Leigh & Co. Events, a rapidly expanding wedding planning company serving clients across the United States. We are looking for dedicated wedding planners to join us as Lead Wedding Coordinators. This contract role offers you the flexibility to set your own schedule, with training provided to ensure your success. Compensation ranges from $275 to $325 per project, covering a total of 10-12 hours of your expertise. Conduct a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations.Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timings and processes.Act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor while addressing any challenges.Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception in accordance with the event design and our day-of execution playbook.Manage the day-of execution from initial vendor arrivals to final breakdown after the event.Welcome, direct, and serve as the main contact point for all vendors.Clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors to ensure alignment with the event plan.Coordinate the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements.Support the wedding party and family members with guidance and timing cues for any day-of requirements.Ensure all end-of-event items (gifts, guest book, personal decor, etc.)
