Lead Wedding Planner

As a Lead Wedding Planner, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule in this exciting contract role. We offer comprehensive training, making this a fantastic opportunity for aspiring planners. Each project pays $350 for 10-12 hours of work, so you can earn while creating unforgettable memories for couples!

As the Lead Wedding Planner, your role will involve providing exceptional wedding planning services, primarily on-site, where you will collaborate with client experience managers and assistant coordinators to ensure a seamless wedding day.

Conduct a final details call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm all logistics, timelines, and expectations.Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are fully prepared and confident.Act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day, remaining calm and solution-oriented in the face of challenges.Oversee ceremony and reception setup to align with the event design, utilizing our day-of execution playbook.Manage wedding day activities from vendor arrival to final breakdown in the evening.Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to setup instructions.Coordinate and assist with the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, and décor elements.Provide guidance, timing cues, and support to the wedding party and family members throughout the day.Ensure all end-of-event items (gifts, guest book, personal décor, etc.) are properly packed and accounted for.Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a smooth guest experience.Requirements:

Availability to work weekends is essential.2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner is required.Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.Reliable transportation is necessary.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.We're excited to welcome dedicated individuals to our team for the 2026 season and beyond!
