We are currently seeking passionate planners to join our team as Lead Wedding Coordinators for the exciting 2026 season and beyond. This is a unique contract role that allows you to set your own schedule, providing flexibility alongside rewarding work. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and tools required for success in this role. The compensation for this position is $350 per project, with each project typically requiring 10-12 hours of dedicated work. As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive wedding planning services for couples, primarily working onsite. You will collaborate closely with our client experience managers throughout the planning process to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting final details calls with clients, facilitating ceremony rehearsals, overseeing setup and execution of the event, managing vendors, and supporting the wedding party and family members. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain calm and professionalism in dynamic environments.
