As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding couples through the final phases of their wedding planning, focusing primarily on on-site management. You will collaborate closely with client experience managers during the planning stages to align expectations and prepare for flawless event delivery. Key responsibilities include leading final details calls with clients about six weeks before the wedding to review logistics, timeline, and any outstanding needs. You will also facilitate the rehearsal to ensure all participants understand timing, processional flow, and essential cues, establishing a calm and organized atmosphere.
On the wedding day, you will act as the couple's primary advocate, maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented presence while managing vendor arrivals, overseeing set-up, and ensuring that all personal and event details are correctly placed. Your ability to manage the entire wedding day process—from initial vendor arrival to final breakdown—will be critical in delivering a seamless, memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
