Job brief: The Leads and Events Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our call center as well as being responsible for our brand awareness at shows and events. Call Center Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center performance and lead generation. Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet or exceed performance goals. Proven ability to drive results in sales and customer engagement.
