SIGN ON BONUS for the right candidate. The best fit is similar to a Cruise Director. Responsibilities: Coordinate all event activities and personnel Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings Research and identify successful event opportunities Maintain stock of event supplies Work with social committee to reach goals Must be flexible with hours Qualifications: 3+ solid years previous experience in event planning or other related fields Strong computer skills Strong project managing skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work well in teams and independently Full time.
