Live Wedding & Event Assistant (Weekends) – Luxury Events

Overview

At Lexie's Illustrations, we create luxury live guest illustrations at weddings, galas, and corporate events throughout South Florida. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Event Assistant to help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting our artists on-site. This role is non-artistic but art background is a plus (not needed) includes greeting guests, taking reference photos, organizing artwork, displaying finished illustrations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the event. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love weddings, art, or special events, we'd love to meet you. Most events take place on weekends in Miami & Homestead, and occasionally Fort Lauderdale with flexible scheduling and opportunities for repeat work. This is a fun, rewarding position for someone who is looking for extra income where you'll be part of creating unforgettable memories for guests at some of South Florida's most beautiful venues.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys talking with people. Welcome guests to our illustration station with a warm, professional attitude.Explain how the live illustration experience works to guests.Take reference photos of guests using an iphone or tablet.Organize the guest photo queue and help manage wait times.Hang completed artwork on display for guests to admire.Deliver finished illustrations to guests/help them locate them.Keep artwork organized and protected throughout the event.Assist the lead illustrator with setup and breakdown.Represent our luxury brand with exceptional customer service.Friendliness to guests, wedding planners, and brides is of utmost importance.Experience
