This position plays a key role in coordinating our summer events, and developing/executing the dealership-level marketing strategy for their assigned dealerships. - Communication • Work alongside the Marketing Department and Dealer Leadership (General Manager and Department Managers) to ensure a local marketing plan is documented in the marketing calendar to drive the business for each location • Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership’s business • Gather, report, and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities - Events • Perform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategy • Develop and ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming to generate traffic and brand awareness • Coordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealership • Evening and weekend availability in order to support event schedule.
