As part of WorldStrides' Loyalty Events team, the Loyalty Events Coordinator will work with Group Marketing leadership to assist in Loyalty program execution, initiatives planning and implementation to engage and retain teachers by leveraging customer insights, understanding the competitive landscape, and working with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the position will have responsibility over the planning and execution of in-person events related to the loyalty program and other sales and marketing initiatives. • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, and Business Analysts in analyzing/interpreting data to draw clear, actionable insights and tactical plans for customer segment to drive customer engagement and retention • Coordinate the communication, planning, and event reporting processes across all Marketing Sales Events. Prefer experience in loyalty programs and/or sales and marketing events. Prefer experience in loyalty programs and/or sales and marketing events.
