Manager, Event Marketing

As the Manager of Event Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of ProService Hawaii’s high-impact event portfolio—from flagship client summits and thought-leadership forums to exclusive VIP dinners and strategic sponsorships. This role is equal parts planner and strategist: you’ll be responsible for aligning events to revenue and retention goals, attracting top-tier decision-makers, and turning event engagement into measurable business results. • Partner with Sales and Account Management to fill events with ideal prospects and clients—using targeted lists, compelling invites, and effective outreach campaigns. You have a strategic mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of how events influence brand and revenue outcomes.
