Responsibilities & Duties: Managerial leadership of organization in prayer and character as well as in stewarding the Center’s mission. • Administration of the Center’s business related items (i.e. payroll, accounting, compliance, etc.). • Collaboration on all mission advancement efforts — including annual fundraiser, grant writing, and appeals — towards long-term stability and sustainability • Occasional communication with all members as well as intentional engagement of major benefactors and lead volunteers • Development and maintenance of website, member database, social-media, and relationships with other persons and organizations to grow the Center’s exposure, reach, and effectiveness • Any job-related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director • Basic budgeting skills to create an annual budget and follow through with it • Working knowledge of social media platforms and website development platforms along with the ability to design flyers via Canva or some other layout program is preferred • Valid AZ driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout Phoenix and beyond as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
