Manager of Reporting and Event Management

Job Summary – The Manager of Reporting and Project Management oversees all aspects of reporting for the Internet Evangelism ministry; analyizing the data to help language managers and leadership improve ministry impact and increase efficiency; coordinate online support for evangelistic events; lead new project management of new initiatives; and be point of contact for other BGEA ministries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and manage online response for Ministry Streaming Events. • Point of contact for new Language Managers, and other language team members as needed, to ensure they become proficient in the tools and processes of the department. Skills and Knowledge • Bachelor-level degree • Proficiency with Tableau • 5 years of experience leading and managing teams • Proficiency with a computer, web based applications and Microsoft Office tools • Knowledge of and experience with volunteer management/operations required, preferably in a Christian ministry environment • Knowledge of and experience with cross-cultural ministry preferred • Excellent interpersonal communications skills • Excellent project management skills • Ability to write clearly and concisely • Ability to lead, to work as a team member and player, and to give and take direction • Ability to work with initiative and with minimal supervision • Ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to plan and make decisions, concentrating on details and being thorough and accurate • Ability to be flexible with shifting priorities • Ability to work cooperatively with people of other organizations, with sensitivity to those of other cultures and races • We believe that all men everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God, that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
