While based in Austin, this role collaborates closely with the broader Texas Office Services leadership team to ensure consistency and excellence across the three Bain Texas offices. The Austin Office Services Manager will play a key leadership role in the seamless operation and culture of Bain & Company’s Austin office. This position will manage the delivery of essential office services, events, and facilities logistics supporting Bain’s Austin team. • Build strong relationships with office leadership, consultants, and support teams to ensure operational excellence. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office services, facilities management, or event operations in a professional services or corporate environment.
