Manager, Single Title Events

As the Manager of Single Title Events, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing all aspects of single title event planning and management, from concept to completion. If you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive in the midst of change and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field• At least 5 years of event planning and management experience in a related field• Proven track record of successfully managing high profile events with tight deadlines• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and expectations• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to travel as needed Responsibilities: • Develop and execute single title events from concept to completion • Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations • Establish working relationships with stakeholders • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers • Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning • Ensure that all safety and legal requirements are met • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities • Manage event staff and volunteers • Prepare event reports and analyze results to maximize future success • Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing conditions • Travel as needed for event planning and management We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
