The Marketing and Event Coordinator is responsible for increasing visibility, awareness, and engagement for the Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program through strategic marketing and dynamic event coordination. • Track and evaluate marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies Social Media and Digital Marketing • Manage and grow the TFC Program's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Manage all logistics related to event coordination including communication, setup/teardown, supplies, and evaluation. • Support the coordination of activities that recognize and engage current foster families, including appreciation campaigns and support events. What is needed to succeed in this role: • Two years’ experience in event coordination, marketing, or community outreach.
