Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales Support – Maintain all Marketing and Event boards in ConnectWise, support marketing campaigns by scheduling emails and coordinating assets, prepare event materials including agendas and signage, draft and distribute communications, attend meetings with detailed follow-ups, manage CRM data, perform database maintenance, support sales engagement, assist with SOP updates, and maintain strong product knowledge. Responsibilities: Event Planning & Coordination – Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and calendars; coordinate logistics such as room setup, catering, AV, signage, décor, and materials; track expenses and vendor details; collaborate with teams for timely communication; and serve as the point of contact during events. Responsibilities: Post-Event Support & Documentation – Upload attendance data, log follow-up actions, assist with recap notes and reports, and help refine SOPs and event checklists. Ability to commute to Bakersfield, CA 93311 (Preferred).
