Marketing and Event Coordinator

Mountz Jewelers is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and sales. Manage and maintain the Mountz Jewelers website, including product updates, promotional content, and e-commerce initiatives. Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across digital platforms. Coordinate in-store and community events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional efforts. Analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experience Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Event planning and coordination experience Experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-focused environments
