Marketing and Events Coordinator

This individual will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, promoting the venue through various marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning & Management: • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house events • Oversee the logistics of events, including event setup, staff coordination, and vendor management • Collaborate with local talent and vendors to create memorable experiences • Create event timelines, budgets, and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish • Marketing & Promotion: • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones. • Manage social media accounts and create content to promote events, specials, and other initiatives. • Customer Engagement & Experience: • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests during events and marketing campaigns. Skills: • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and event planning • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
