The Marketing and Events Coordinator will assist with the development of marketing materials used in social media, sales, and community events. This position will play a key role in helping to drive our successful marketing efforts. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will assist in the coordination of the company’s social media efforts, internal and external communications, event planning and promotional item sourcing. Events • Assist with the master planning of all company events including scheduling vendors, catering, rental equipment, AV equipment, signage, venues, decorations, guest lists, and giveaways; • Events include: Open Houses, Community Meetings, Homeowner Events, Grand Opening Events, Granville Home of Hope, Company Holiday Party, Groundbreakings, Ribbon Cuttings, etc. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
