Marketing and Events Manager - Full Time

Do you love downtown Rochester and are interested in marketing, communications, and events? As Marketing and Events Manager, you will play a key role in promoting RDDC’s marketing efforts and numerous events including downtown movies, happy hours, concerts, food truck events, economic growth luncheons, and more! Marketing and Communications: • Participate in the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan that aligns with RDDC’s mission to drive economic vitality and foster an inclusive, vibrant downtown, in partnership with Director of Marketing. Events & Meetings: • Support the RDDC team and vendors in the execution of events and activations • Partner with organizations and stakeholders on collaborative events that serve and enhance the downtown experience. • Assist with vendor and event partner coordination and communication • Provide on-site staff support during events, including assistance with set-up and tear-down as needed • Design meeting content and assist with communications, providing support for meetings and events as part of the RDDC team
