Work under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor to support the day to day functions in the Marketing/Sales Division of USFHP... Marketing Assistant: • Offer administrative support to the Marketing Department • Provide assistance with filing, answering phones, processing payments, and offer general support to the administrative staff as needed • Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting member feedback, creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers. • Negotiate sponsorship agreements with community partners. • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities • Work with marketing team and organizer to promote and publicize event • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes • Organizing facilities and details such as USFHP presence, entertainment, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases • Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer • Excellent time management and communication skills • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
