Marketing & Event Associate

Pinnacle Affairs is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing & Event Associate to support the growth and visibility of our brand. In addition to marketing responsibilities, this individual may have opportunities to support weddings and events, including select travel-based celebrations, by capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting the planning team with event execution. Manage social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, editing reels, monitoring engagement, and identifying content opportunities Develop content that showcases Pinnacle Affairs’ weddings, events, vendor relationships, and brand story Create email newsletters and support nurture campaigns Write SEO-focused blog posts and assist with website updates Organize and repurpose wedding content into multiple marketing assets Research industry trends and bring fresh ideas for content and brand growth Capture behind-the-scenes content, event details, and moments for marketing purposes Assist the Lead Planner and planning team with event-day execution and logistics Support select local and travel-based weddings and events as needed Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills Experience with Canva, CapCut, and email marketing platforms Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects Highly organized with strong attention to detail Passion for weddings, hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands
