Marketing Event Coordinator

Our client, a medical equipment manufacturer and distributor, is actively looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to join their team in El Segundo, CA! • **This is a contract role through the end of the year with opportunity to extend based on business needs & performance*** This will entail coordinating internal and external communications, managing events, and assisting with marketing operations. This role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and the ability to work independently on a variety of projects. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree is required • 2+ years of experience working as an Assistant, preferably in a sales or marketing environment • Experience with sales event coordination is ideal • Experience working with Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus • Ability to wear many hats and multi-task to support requests from direct manager, team, and other sales reps • Medical device industry experience is a plus
