Job Summary
The Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tradeshows, events, and marketing activations across markets nationwide. This role supports sales and marketing initiatives by managing endtoend event logistics, maintaining promotional inventory, tracking budgets, and delivering postevent insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailoriented, and thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
This position requires frequent travel and close partnership with sales leadership, vendors, and internal marketing teams to ensure events are executed seamlessly and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute events from concept through completion, including internal events, client events, tradeshows, promotions, sales incentives, and ticket requestsManage all event logistics, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, event setup, and breakdownPartner with crossfunctional teams to promote events and develop strategies to maximize attendance, brand exposure, and audience engagementMaintain a comprehensive annual event calendarCollaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute marketspecific event strategies that drive sales objectivesDevelop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics plansCoordinate with external vendors on catering, audiovisual needs, signage, and other event requirementsTravel extensively to event locations across the United StatesCompile postevent reports including event metrics, attendee feedback, ROI insights, and recommendations for improvementInventory & Event Management
Manage promotional materials, displays, and inventory related to events and tradeshowsTrack execution timelines and expenses for each eventSupport and manage onsite execution of tradeshows and eventsProvide regular status updates on event progress, sales impact, budgets, and project plansAssist with the production and coordination of marketing materials for eventsMarketing Support
Provide daytoday support to the Marketing team on marketing and communication initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience
Minimum 1 year of experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe AcrobatExperience using Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferredSkills & Competencies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and strong followthroughKnowledge of marketing strategies and tacticsAbility to work crossfunctionally and support salesdriven initiativesStrong communication and vendor management skillsWillingness and ability to travel extensivelyAbout Segra:

Salary Range: $47,579 - $59,535
