Legal Marketing Events & Training Coordinator The Legal Marketing Events & Training Coordinator will be part of the 12-person Marketing/Business Development & Client-Facing Training Department and will work out of the firm's Los Angeles office (90045), reporting to the Business Development Manager. The Legal Marketing Events &Training Coordinator will be responsible for the law firm's in-person and virtual events throughout the state of CA, including: handling the logistics of conference presentations; coordinating the Firm’s exhibit booths; planning and executing client dinners, partner receptions, and other client-facing events; coordinating client webinars, assisting with the firm’s annual conference execution, and scheduling and executing state-wide seminars. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant, related work experience is REQUIRED.Approximately 1-3 years handling all aspects of marketing/BD, event planning, training and execution in the legal industry and/or professional services industry is REQUIRED!Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelMust work together as a team with clients as well as attorneys, managers and/or support staff and have a positive approach to all situations and requestsThe ability to multitask seamlessly and effortlesslyPositive attitude (approachable, courteous, respectful) and maintains professionalism under pressureDemonstrates initiative and can work independentlyHighly detail-orientedDemonstrates initiative and can work independently while keeping deadlinesWilling to adjust to changes in job requirements and scheduling is 70K | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, hybrid 3/2 work model after 90-day introductory period, annual reviews/lucrative bonuses, etc.
