**Location:** Seattle, WA (Local candidates only)

Bath Planet of Seattle is seeking an experienced **Marketing Event Coordinator** to lead our event marketing efforts throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for event marketing, team management, and customer engagement. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events while recruiting, training, and managing a team of event demonstrators.

### **Responsibilities**

* Identify, schedule, and book local events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals.
* Coordinate and manage promotional event schedules.
* Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of event marketing representatives.
* Generate qualified customer leads through in-person event marketing.
* Ensure event booths are professionally set up, maintained, and dismantled.
* Track and report weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budgets.
* Establish and achieve weekly and monthly performance goals.
* Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize event success.
* Maintain excellent communication with customers, team members, and leadership.

### **Required Qualifications**

* **Must be located in Seattle, WA.**
* **Minimum of 3 years of event marketing experience.**
* Previous leadership or team management experience.
* Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
* Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
* Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
* Availability to work every weekend.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in promotional marketing, trade shows, or home improvement marketing.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.

### **Compensation**

* **Base Salary:** $800–$1,200 per week
* **Plus:** Commission and performance bonuses based on appointments and sales generated from events
* Travel reimbursement for eligible non-commute business travel
