Marketing Event Manager Responsibilities • Attend and manage 10-20 events per month, including trade and home shows, sporting events, local fairs and festivals, and job fairs • Support the team through thoughtful event management and execution on projects that reflect our core revenue-generating KPIs and differentiate Emergency Air in the market, with specific attention to sports events • Collaborate and support the organization in the production of customer events, category events, and sponsorships • Manage daily development, production, and vendor relationships for assigned projects • Build relationships and collaborate across the organization with Sales, Service, PR, Customer Marketing, Recruitment, and other related functions, keeping partners informed and engaged throughout projects • Develop event collateral and other related materials including marketing materials and recap reports • Manage event applications and tools like ServiceTitan, social media applications, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
