Marketing Event Planner

As a Marketing Event Planner, you will report to the region's Strategic Marketing Director/Senior Manager/Manager and support the region's marketing & business development efforts, mainly in the area of event management. You will coordinate event planning for virtual and in-person Forvis Mazars events, as well as events co-sponsored with referral sources, and the... firm's participation in industry associations events. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills, has effective project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, and has experience in the events industry as well as understand and use various virtual platforms-Go-to-Webinar, Microsoft Teams and Zoom-and social media platforms. The Marketing Event Planner demonstrates professionalism, a cheerful outlook, has strong verbal and written communication skills, and handles pressure and change well. • Follow firm's Event Management SOPs to ensure events details are managed appropriately • Coordinate virtual platform needs with studio team.
