Marketing Event Planner

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Event Planner / Assistant Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, in-store promotions, and community outreach initiatives across Georgia. Assist in planning and executing community events, in‑store promotions, sponsorships, and cultural activations Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, timelines, setup, and breakdown Maintain event calendars, checklists, and basic budgets to ensure deadlines are met Attend events as a brand representative and provide on‑site support Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel within Georgia for events and store visits Ability to lift and carry light event materials as needed Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar tools Interest in community marketing, retail promotions, and event coordination Basic photo and video content creation skills Hands‑on experience in event planning and field marketing Exposure to vendor coordination and community partnerships Experience supporting multi‑location marketing initiativesResume‑building experience with real campaigns and events
