Job Summary: Responsible for leading the planning and the execution of Erlanger corporate and community events for physicians, executives, general hospital staff, HR (on occasion) and the community. Experience: Required: The individual in this position must have a minimum of five years' experience. Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration Required: Preferred: Department Position Summary: Marketing Events Coordinator will lead all aspects of event planning to include negotiating and booking venues, planning for food and beverages, AV, rental, signage and supplies to ensure appropriate decor meets quality and Erlanger brand expectations. Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process, including creating and revising room layouts for each event.
