Marketing Events Coordinator

The person in this position will be responsible for assisting with planning, coordinating, and implementing large-scale, community events. The Marketing Outreach Events Coordinator must be flexible and dependable, and able and to work independently and in a team setting. • Assists with day-to-day event planning and preparations for event activities; set up, tear down, and event management, including coordinating physical labor needed by Facilities Maintenance staff. • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices • Strong organizational and interpersonal skill • Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish)
