They are seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to manage client-facing and business development events. • Work independently with the Business Development team, attorneys, and other firm personnel to oversee all stages of event planning and execution. • Develop event timelines and communicate progress to the appropriate Business Development Manager or attorney. • Collaborate with the Business Development and Communications team on mailing lists, invitations, RSVP management, and nametags. • 2-3 years of events/marketing experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, preferably in a law firm or similar professional services organization.
