Marketing & Events Coordinator

This role is a key part of our marketing and sales efforts, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and community outreach. You’ll work closely with our sales team, create/manage events, oversee brand materials, and maintain our digital presence. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in marketing preferably within the housing industry • 2+ years of experience in event planning and execution, from concept to completion • Proficiency in email marketing, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools • Strong research skills and ability to interpret marketing data • Experience with budgeting and financial tracking • Exceptional organization and multitasking ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Photography or content creation experience is a plus • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Schedule • Full-time, Monday–Friday • 8-hour shift • Occasional evenings/weekends for events
