The Marketing Events Coordinator at ISN will assist in executing our plan of dynamic and energizing events to drive new and existing business within our major event schedule. Primary responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: • Assisting in driving new and existing business through creating quality events ISN's major event calendar • Actively participate in the management of event timelines and schedules • Ensure timely and thorough communication regarding the major event schedule is disseminated within ISN team, suppliers and customers to drive participation • Actively engage team to maximize events as revenue generating opportunities. In order to be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills, and experience is required: • Familiarity with planning and executing large-scale events with intricate details and many moving parts; preferably in a corporate environment • Technical Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office 365 applications including advanced Excel experience (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.
