We're looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Marketing Events Coordinator to lead our event marketing efforts throughout the Seattle area. What You'll Do

As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing local events while leading a team of Brand Ambassadors who generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and secure home shows, fairs, festivals, retail events, and community events throughout the Seattle marketNegotiate contracts and maintain relationships with event organizers and vendorsBuild and manage an annual event calendar to maximize lead generation opportunitiesRecruit, interview, hire, train, and coach Event Show Demonstrators and Brand AmbassadorsSchedule staff for events and ensure all locations are properly coveredCoordinate booth transportation, setup, teardown, and event logisticsMotivate and support the event team to achieve appointment and lead generation goalsEngage with homeowners at events and assist with scheduling free in-home consultationsTrack event performance, appointments, lead quality, and return on investmentPrepare reports and recommend improvements to maximize event successRepresent Northwest Bath Specialists with professionalism and enthusiasm at every event

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in event marketing, event coordination, marketing, promotions, lead generation, or customer engagement preferredLeadership or supervisory experience is a plusOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organizational, and time management abilitiesSelf-motivated with excellent problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentAbility to recruit, coach, motivate, and develop team membersReliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Seattle areaAbility to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods during eventsWeekend availability is required
