We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team in the Cherry Hill, NJ market.

Job Summary

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing event marketing activities throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads and promoting our remodeling services through home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.

Responsibilities

Research and identify events, trade shows, fairs, and expos within the assigned territoryNegotiate contracts and secure event opportunities with vendors and organizersDevelop and maintain an annual calendar of eventsRecruit, hire, and train Event DemonstratorsSchedule and manage event staff assignmentsCoordinate booth setup, display logistics, and event breakdownEngage with homeowners and promote our products and servicesSchedule free in-home consultations at eventsCollect contest entries and lead informationFollow up with prospects and schedule free in-home consultationsTrack, measure, and report event performance and results

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to travel throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and DelawareSuccessful completion of a background checkPrior experience in event marketing, trade shows, lead generation, appointment setting, or home improvement marketing preferredExperience using CRM or scheduling software is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive and outgoing personalityExcellent planning and organizational abilitiesAbility to coach, train, and motivate othersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 30 poundsEvening and weekend availability required
