Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hours plus bonus potential.

Mountz Jewelers is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and sales.Manage and maintain the Mountz Jewelers website, including product updates, promotional content, and e-commerce initiatives.Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across digital platforms.Coordinate in-store and community events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional efforts.Analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent3–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experienceStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldExperience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsEvent planning and coordination experienceExperience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-focused environments
