· Maintain and manage marketing project workflows within designated project management systems, including task tracking, assignment coordination, and timeline management. · Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation related to marketing expenditures, project status, events, and departmental activities. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, event coordination, project management, or related administrative support roles. · Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or corporate events preferred. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams.
