This role involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver memorable experiences across corporate, social, and hospitality events. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities • Coordinate all aspects of event planning from initial concept through execution, including venue selection, catering, decor, and entertainment • Manage event budgets, contracts, and negotiations with vendors and suppliers • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance through various channels including social media and direct outreach • Upsell additional services such as catering upgrades, premium packages, or special amenities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue • Oversee event logistics such as setup, breakdown, guest registration, and on-site management • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities through event marketing and outreach efforts • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all stages of event planning and execution • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement Requirements • Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, banquet management, or related fields such as restaurant or hotel experience • Strong negotiation skills with vendors and clients • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with exceptional organizational abilities • Demonstrated ability in marketing, upselling, and event promotion strategies • Experience managing budgets, contracts, catering arrangements, and guest services • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Knowledge of event marketing trends and tools for effective promotion • Prior experience in fundraising or guest services is a plus • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently • A background in hospitality or restaurant industries is highly desirable Job Type: Full-time
