About the Project: Sepal is conducting an exciting research study aimed at understanding work excellence among meeting and event planning specialists to establish professional benchmarks. We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to participate in this study. What You Will Do: Selected participants will share their professional backgrounds, help design field-specific screening questions, and document significant work projects as case studies. Sample of Job Titles: Event Planner, Meeting Planner, Conference Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Convention Planner. • 4+ years full-time experience in meeting and event planning • Fluent in English • U.S. residency • Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet • Proficient with technology: Comfortable with messaging, video calling, and uploading files • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently
