As a meeting and event space coordinator, you'll partner with internal teams and service providers to schedule and support onsite meetings and events across the organization. You'll also leverage event and space utilization data to inform decisions on improving workflows and optimizing resource use. High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, business or related field of study, and a minimum of three years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies Preferred skills Experience supporting and scheduling high-volume, large-scale corporate meetings and events for a recognizable brand, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience partnering across cross-functional teams (e.g., AV/live production, facilities, food services, travel, IT) to deliver coordinated event solutions within established processes. Ability to advise business partners on event logistics, navigate constraints, and deliver solutions within a structured corporate environment, including executive or high-visibility meetings.
