Meeting and Events Planner

This individual will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate meetings, conferences, and training programs, ensuring each event delivers a high-quality experience, supports business objectives, and aligns with company goals. Budgeting, Financial Management & Reporting Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field 5+ years of professional meeting and event planning experience, with experience supporting an organization in veterinary medicine or human health Demonstrated success managing corporate events, conferences, and training programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels Self-directed with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness and ability to travel as required Experience with corporate travel management (Concur highly preferred) The salary range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
