This position is responsible for planning of multiple events including meeting with clients to work out event details, scheduled, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and manage the setup/cleanup of the event. Coordinates on-site and off-site location set up (outside of conference center space) along with AV needs; Plans seating, dining, and guest list. Maintains a working relationship with vendors and venues. Has a strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of venue possibilities. Requests and reviews invoices in a timely manner; creates comprehensive financial reports.
