About the Role: As a CBRE Meeting & Events Planner, you will act as the programming lead and concierge for tenants in the office and retail component. You will help drive amenity usage and act as a Concierge to provide hands-on personalized service to tenants and ensure quality events, engagement, and support at all times. The Host will partner with clients Property Management teams, Marketing, Leasing and on-site third-party vendors to provide the best-in class service to tenants and partners. What You'll Do: Management of all amenity spaces Manage all aspects of the amenity spaces and TX/CX programming offerings at the buildings, from contract/booking to execution. Deliver monthly Owner-approved report that includes an overview of time spent at each asset, property and tenant events, amenity space utilization, community event engagement, client branding efforts, leasing engagement, mobile app utilizations, Food and Beverage utilization, upcoming events, and other relevant data.
