Meeting Manager, Specialty Networks Meeting & Event Planning

This role is for a Meeting Manager in Specialty Networks Meeting & Event Planning, a position that plays a crucial role within the organization by leading the development, planning, and execution of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows. • Bachelors degree in related field preferred • 4+ years experience in related field preferred • certified meeting professional (CMP) preferred • working knowledge of CVENT or other event management tools • proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Teams and Excel required • experience working with outside vendors and vetting venues • strong organizational skills • strong written and verbal communication skills • ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment • ability to travel at least 25% including some nights and weekends
