Meeting Planner, Attendee Engagement

Working closely with project teams, pharmaceutical clients, and healthcare professionals, this role manages invitation campaigns, registration tracking, compliance requirements, attendee communications, and reporting to ensure successful program execution. This position serves as the primary attendee recruitment lead for assigned events. **_Responsibilities_** + Develop and execute attendee recruitment strategies for assigned meetings and events. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + 2+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, attendee recruitment, or a related field, preferred.
