The Meeting Planner, Attendee Engagement is responsible for planning and executing attendee recruitment and engagement strategies for healthcare meetings, events, and consulting programs for Specialty Networks. Working closely with project teams, pharmaceutical clients, and healthcare professionals, this role manages invitation campaigns, registration tracking, compliance requirements, attendee communications, and reporting to ensure successful program execution. Support onsite attendee management and event execution as needed. 2+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, attendee recruitment, or a related field, preferred.
