Our client, a leading private investment firm, is seeking a Meetings and Events Director to manage high-profile events for C-suite executives and investors. This role requires an experienced professional who can deliver flawless execution for events ranging from intimate partner retreats to large-scale investor conferences of 450+ attendees. • The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience managing events for high-profile individuals with the ability to maintain confidentiality; exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; strong vendor negotiation and contract management abilities; excellent communication skills and composure under pressure; flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends; willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time; and a Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning or Marketing is preferred.
