The Meetings and Events Manager is entrusted with the strategic planning and flawless execution of chapter events across the state, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and enhance member engagement. Each Event Manager is responsible for planning and executing events for multiple CalCPA chapters in regions across California. • Work closely with each chapter's corresponding Volunteer Manager to design events that reflect member interests and foster a strong sense of local community. • Onsite Management and Support: • Provide onsite management and support at events throughout the state, overseeing all logistical and operational aspects to ensure smooth execution and attendee satisfaction. • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a nonprofit or association setting.
